How to cook Aloo-Matar-Paneer:- Cut 200 gms of paneer into pieces of 1 cm. square cubes and fry it in oil/ghee till it turns golden brown. Cut two big size onions and fry it till it gets golden brown. Then add properly sliced tomato pieces in it and cook for the next two minutes. Add salt as per the taste in addition to half spoon degi mirch powder, 3 spoon kitchen king masale and cook for the next two/three minutes. Now add matar and sliced potato in it and add 3 cups of water. Cook for the next 5 minutes. Then add paneer pieces and cook for two minutes. Now add a pinch of kasuri methi leaves and your dish is ready to be served.
